APRILTAGS have become the standard for visual fiducial systems in robotics and scan targeting, but not all users can deal with their targets blowing away in the wind or falling apart in wet weather. To overcome any issues we integrated the targeting pattern into the proven LiDAir template and it gave birth to Rigid APRILTAG Magnetics, or RAM Targeting. Weatherproof and rigid while staying light enough to snap and stay on any ferrous surface. The dual neodymium magnets embedded make sure it keeps its orientation even on vertical faces! Our new Mk5 version comes with a sprayed rubberized backing to limit slipping out of position on hard or metallic surfaces.
